Return Eligibility

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • There is a printing error.
  • The item received is in the wrong color or size compared to the order confirmation.
  • The wrong item was delivered.

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect order submission, or if the correct item and size were delivered.

Return Window

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return request related to the above issues.

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video showing the defect or issue
  • A brief description of the problem

If your return request is approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions along with a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Exchanges

We only offer replacements or exchanges in the event of:

  • Wrong size or color sent
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Manufacturing or printing defects

We do not offer exchanges for sizing errors made during ordering or personal preferences.

Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number.

After 12 hours, your order will be processed for production and cannot be canceled.

Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free of charge for approved cases involving:

  • Defective items
  • Printing errors
  • Incorrect color or size
  • Wrong items sent

We do not cover return shipping for any non-eligible cases.
